Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Network

Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Daily activities include monitoring network health, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, implementing upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications. The role involves designing and documenting network architectures, applying security best practices, and participating in incident response and change management processes.

Engineer will also contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with AT&T;’s technology standards and policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Network Engineering and Network Design to architect, implement, and scale secure, resilient network solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Network Security skills to manage network devices, enforce security policies, and safeguard data and systems.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve complex network incidents.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with routing and switching technologies, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with network monitoring tools, logging systems, and performance analytics platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field; industry certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are beneficial.
