Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation project management. The ideal candidate must have independently managed end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

The candidate should have robust project management, stakeholder management, delivery management, risk management, and functional knowledge of NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Lead client and business stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and project governance.
- Drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions.
- Coordinate NetSuite configuration, customization, integrations, and technical activities.
- Oversee data migration, data mapping, testing, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and management updates.
- Coordinate with NetSuite functional consultants, technical teams, developers, integration teams, and business users.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and NetSuite optimization.

Mandatory Skills & Experience




- 5+ years of overall experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Project Manager / NetSuite Implementation Manager / ERP Project Manager.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing NetSuite implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on functional understanding of:
- NetSuite Financials
- P2P / Procurement
- O2C / Order Management
- Inventory Management
- CRM
- SCM
- Manufacturing
- OneWorld
- SuiteAnalytics
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations and business processes.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with global / multi-subsidiary NetSuite implementations.
- Strong experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience managing third-party integrations.
- NetSuite certification.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
- Experience in ERP transformation and business process optimization.

Important Candidate Criteria

Candidates must have:

- Direct NetSuite Project Manager / Implementation Manager experience.
- Experience managing complete NetSuite implementation projects, not only application support.
- Strong ownership of project timelines, resources, risks, stakeholders, and delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years NetSuite/ERP experience.

Not suitable:

- Pure NetSuite Functional Consultants without project management ownership.
- NetSuite Support Consultants.
- NetSuite Developers/SuiteScript Developers without PM experience.
- Generic ERP Project Managers without significant NetSuite implementation experience.
- Candidates with only exposure to NetSuite but no implementation ownership
