Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Platform Support Lead who will manage the day-to-day operations, support, and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

The person will handle CRM issues, incidents, changes, configurations, integrations, user support, and will also guide the support team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to users.

Handle incidents, service requests, and production issues.

Manage CRM changes, updates, configurations, and deployments.

Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.

Work on data migration, data cleansing, data quality and security.

Support CRM reports and dashboards.

Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide CRM solutions.

Manage CRM integrations with other systems.

Maintain CRM technical documentation.

Ensure CRM security, compliance, and data protection.

Coordinate with vendors and manage SLA/service-related activities.

Mentor and guide CRM support team members.

Work closely with IT, business,



and other technology teams.

Participate in continuous improvement and CRM enhancement initiatives.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – 5+ years

Strong Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration & Development

Power Platform / Power Apps

Power Apps Portals / Power Pages – Mandatory

C# /. NET

Plugins

SSIS

Azure Cloud – Mandatory

SQL Server / SQL

Web Services / API development

Logic Apps / Function Apps / Web Apps

MVC & multi-tier architecture

Azure Dev Ops – Good to have

Valuable to Have

Experience in Health Insurance / Insurance domain

No SQL database knowledge

Team mentoring / technical leadership experience

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has strong Dynamics 365 CRM technical + production support experience , can troubleshoot and manage CRM operations independently, and has the ability to lead/mentor a CRM support team.

Important: Ye role pure D365 Developer role nahi hai. Isme CRM Support + Technical + Team Lead/Platform Management ka combination chahiye.
