What we are looking for:

For this role, we are seeking a talented and motivated candidate who has completed MS/MSc/MTech/PhD level degree, to join us as soon as possible. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with some industry experience or those in the final stages of their PhD program who have demonstrable skills and knowledge in Multimodal AI using audio, text and vision modality, Vision-Language models, with strong software development skills with PyTorch and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility in this role will be to positively contribute to the growth and development of innovative technologies.
- You will work closely with research scientists and other members in the team on various development and optimisation tasks in speech, audio, textual, language data and visual signal analysis, source separation, image segmentation, object detection, tracking and recognition, question answering, language models, etc.




- In addition, you’ll be expected to actively work on AI development activities daily, be it training, testing, fixing bugs or other routines for building a robust model.

Remote within India

Duration of the paid one year contract:

- The annual paid direct contractual tenure is extendable.
- Ideally this position will start from October first week of 2026.
- The working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) full time.

Essential Education:

- Candidates who have completed MS/MSc/MTech/PhD level degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Applications or other closely related technical discipline, will be considered for this role.

Skills required:

Essential Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and relevant programming experience with Python, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn and other ML and DL libraries, mainly for Multimodal AI tasks.
2. Demonstratable skills of successfully applying state-of-the-art machine learning and deep neural networks-based models to multimodal problems, including the combination of audio and video technologies.
3. Detailed understanding of all main network architectures, deployment modes,



data augmentation and preparation, and theoretical performance analysis of model architectures.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of algorithms, signal processing, mathematics for machine learning, probability, statistics and linear algebra.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation skills

Good to have Skills:

1. Demonstrate research capabilities through relevant publication record in leading journals and conferences.
2. Impact driven mindset and ability to work and learn in a collaborative and diverse setting.
3. Programming knowledge of using data structure and OOP concepts proficiently in Python, C and C++.
4. Programming experience with Scikit-Image, OpenCV with Python and MATLAB would be desirable.
5. Familiarity with Linux operating system.
6. Participation in Kaggle and other open-source grand challenge competitions.
