Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role at Vega & Bison Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves designing and producing motion graphics for digital campaigns, marketing assets, social media content, and brand communication materials in line with strategic and creative directions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with strategists, creatives, and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories, creating animated graphics and videos,



and preparing assets optimized for various digital platforms.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will work on end-to-end motion design projects, including storyboard creation, asset design, animation, and final video output, while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role may also involve supporting video production workflows, refining graphic elements, and contributing ideas to enhance visual impact and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated visual content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production experience, including basic editing workflows and preparing assets for different digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalents) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in design, multimedia, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video work, and visual design projects is required.
