Experience: 5+ Years of work experience

Salary: Rs. 35,000 PM to 50,000 PM
Skills:
- Supervise mould preparation, core setting, mould assembly, and pattern handling.
- Ensure moulds are made as per drawings, process sheets, and quality standards.
- Monitor sand quality and moulding process parameters.
- Identify and reduce moulding defects and rework.
- Coordinate with Melting, Core Shop, Pouring, and Quality teams.
- Plan manpower and moulding activities as per production requirements.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Ensure proper equipment use, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
- Train and guide moulding operators and workers.
