About the Role

We are looking for experienced Monitoring & Analytics Experts to track, analyse, and report media and social media activities. The role involves monitoring online and offline media, analysing sentiment and trends, preparing MIS and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support communication and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media platforms, digital media, news portals, and other relevant media channels on a daily basis.
- Track mentions, conversations, trends, campaigns, and emerging issues across various platforms.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and identify positive, negative, and neutral conversations.
- Analyse media and social media data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports, MIS, dashboards, and analytics reports.
- Track campaign performance and measure reach, engagement, visibility, and overall impact.
- Use social media monitoring and media intelligence tools to collect and analyse relevant data.
- Identify emerging narratives, potential issues, and significant developments and escalate them as required.




- Develop data-driven reports and visualisations for management and communication teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases of media mentions, social media activities, and campaign metrics.
- Coordinate with content and communication teams to provide relevant insights based on monitoring and analytics.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis as per project requirements.

Essential Qualifications

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Mass Communication, Journalism, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Media, or a related field.
- Knowledge of social media monitoring tools, media intelligence, sentiment analysis, and dashboard reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital media, and media monitoring practices.
