We are looking for a practical, responsible and growth-oriented Modern Trade professional who has started his/her career as a Promoter, progressed into Purchase/Modern Trade, and is currently handling a team of Promoters.

We value professionals who have grown from the ground level through their own experience and understand how the Modern Trade business actually works.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new store placements, driving sales, managing the Promoter team, ensuring collections and creating continuous growth in the assigned stores.

As the business grows, the candidates responsibility, recognition and earning opportunity will also grow.

MANDATORY CANDIDATE PROFILE The candidate must meet all three requirements:

1. Started career as a Promoter

Must have genuine hands-on experience in consumer interaction and product selling at store level.
1. Currently / recently working in Purchase / Modern Trade

Must have practical experience in retailer purchase processes, product listing, PO generation, commercial discussions and store supply.
1. Currently / recently handling a Promoter Team

Must have experience managing, guiding and monitoring Promoters and driving their performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and expand RestoSmiles Modern Trade business in Delhi NCR.
- Build relationships with relevant purchase/category/retail teams.
- Understand and execute the complete retailer purchase-to-order process.
- Develop new store placements and product listings.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper execution.
- Build, train and manage the Promoter team.




- Set targets and monitor Promoter productivity.
- Drive actual consumer sell-out, not merely stock placement.
- Take ownership of continuous growth of assigned stores.
- Monitor store-wise sales, stock and business performance.
- Ensure timely collection from assigned accounts.
- Identify high-potential stores and expand the business.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions.
- Provide regular business and market reports to management.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE

Fixed Salary: 50,000 TO 70,000 per month, depending on current compensation, experience and capability.

In addition, the selected candidate can earn up to 20,000 per month in performance incentive, linked to agreed measurable targets covering:

- Recent Store Placement / Activation
- Actual Sales / Sell-Out
- Collection
