Role Summary

We are looking for Golang Backend Engineers to design, build and scale cloudnative microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves backend service development, data handling using NoSQL databases, CI/CD automation, and building highperformance, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities (Common)

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang

- Build and operate microservices-based architectures

- Develop integrations with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Cassandra / Firestore or similar)

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

- Deploy and manage services on GCP (GKE / Cloud Run / Pub/Sub / Logging & Monitoring)

- Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality

- Collaborate with product, DevOps/SRE, and platform teams

- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

Backend Developer 5 to 8 Years

Requirements

- 5–8 years of backend development experience

- Strong handson experience in Golang

- Experience with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems

- Practical experience with NoSQL databases

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes

- Experience deploying applications on GCP





- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills

Backend Tech Lead – 10+ Years

Additional Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and design of scalable, highavailability backend systems

- Drive best practices for microservices, CI/CD, security, and observability

- Mentor developers and review designs and code

- Work closely with stakeholders on technical decisions and delivery planning

- Own system performance, reliability, and operational readiness

Requirements

- 10+ years of backend engineering experience

- Deep expertise in Golang and microservices architecture

- Strong experience with cloud-native design on GCP

- Proven leadership in driving CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering standards

- Experience handling largescale, hightraffic systems

Positive to Have (Both Roles)

- Strong knowledge of Go core modules, concurrency (goroutines, channels)

- Performance optimisation: profiling, memory management, latency tuning

- Experience with observability tools (metrics, logs, tracing)

- Eventdriven architecture experience (Pub/Sub, Kafka-like systems)

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
