About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, automate, and streamline data reporting processes for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, with the ability to build automated dashboards, reports, and workflows that support sales, CRM, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets

- Develop and maintain custom scripts using Google Apps Script to automate repetitive tasks (data pulls, formatting, email triggers, notifications, etc.)

- Consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, sales, inventory, collections) into unified reports

- Create and manage automated workflows to reduce manual data entry

- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and collection data

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all reports

- Coordinate with sales, CRM,



and accounts teams to gather and validate data

- Build pivot tables, charts, and visualizations for management review

- Identify process gaps and suggest automation opportunities

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, QUERY function, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (writing custom scripts, triggers, automation, integration with Gmail/Forms/Sheets)

- Working knowledge of MS Excel

- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis concepts

- Familiarity with real estate sales/CRM data (preferred, not mandatory)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
