We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MICE Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and group travel. The candidate will coordinate with clients, hotels, transporters, DMCs, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of MICE programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end MICE operations from confirmation to final execution.

Coordinate with clients to understand itinerary, rooming, transportation, meals, activities, and event requirements.

Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, restaurants, activity providers, and event vendors.

Prepare and manage quotations, itineraries, costing, rooming lists, manifests, vouchers, and operational documents.

Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and smooth service delivery.

Track bookings, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.

Coordinate airport transfers, hotel check-ins, sightseeing, meetings, conferences, gala dinners, team activities, and other events.

Maintain accurate MICE files, checklists, timelines, and client communication.

Coordinate with the sales team and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations.





Monitor on-ground execution and resolve operational issues quickly.

Coordinate with on-ground teams during group movements and events.

Conduct post-event follow-ups and collect feedback from clients.

Ensure vendors deliver services as committed and within agreed budgets.

Support the team in preparing MIS and operational reports.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in MICE / Corporate Travel / Group Tours / Event Operations.

Valuable knowledge of hotel, transport, and destination operations.

Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and crisis-management ability.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel or work on-ground during events when required.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is hands-on, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple vendors and moving parts at the same time. The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of an event from confirmation until successful completion.
