Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant. The consultant will advise clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including market research, target identification, valuation support, and deal structuring. Daily activities include conducting financial and commercial due diligence, preparing transaction documents and presentations, and supporting negotiations with investors, acquirers, and strategic partners.

The role involves collaborating with cross-border teams,



coordinating with legal, tax, and finance advisors, and contributing to corporate finance and strategic growth initiatives across target sectors. The consultant will also help maintain client relationships, track deal pipelines, and provide insights on market trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate companies, markets, and transaction structures.
- Consulting experience in M&A;, corporate advisory, or strategy roles.
- Finance skills, including valuation, financial modelling, and capital markets understanding.
- Due diligence expertise covering financial, commercial, and operational aspects of transactions.
- Accounting knowledge to interpret financial statements and assess financial performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with the firm’s focus sectors (e.g., automotive ancillaries, aerospace, healthcare, IT, renewable energy, real estate) is a plus.
