Order Management &

- Coordination

- Manage export orders from initial inquiry through final shipment
- Coordinate between buyers, production teams, suppliers, and quality departments
- Prepare and maintain Time &
- Action (TNA) plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Track production progress and provide regular updates to buyers and management

Product Development &
- Sampling

- Develop samples according to buyer specifications and requirements
- Coordinate proto samples, fit samples, size set samples, and production samples
- Ensure sample approval process is completed within specified timelines
- Work closely with design and technical teams for product development

Sourcing &
- Procurement

- Source and procure fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing and quality
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders for all raw materials and components

Quality Assurance &
- Compliance

- Ensure production meets approved quality standards and buyer specifications
- Coordinate with quality control teams for pre-production and final inspections
- Handle quality issues and implement corrective measures




- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and buyer requirements

Costing
- Prepare detailed costing sheets and quotations for buyers

Communication &
- Relationship Management

- Maintain professional communication with international buyers via email and calls
- Provide regular production updates and resolve issues promptly
- Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Act as primary point of contact for buyer queries and requirements

Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field
- Graduates from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or other reputed fashion institutes preferred
- Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or Apparel Manufacturing advantageous

Experience
- 3-4 years of proven experience in garment merchandising in export houses
- Strong background in both woven and knitted garments
- Experience working with international buyers and export processes
- Prior experience in garment export houses with minimum production capacity preferred
