Role Description The Mergers and Acquisitions Associate will support end-to-end transaction advisory, including evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A; deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial, legal, and tax due diligence; performing valuations and financial modeling; preparing transaction documents and investor materials; and assisting in deal negotiations and closings. The role requires close collaboration with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to analyze strategic fit, identify risks, and recommend solutions that align with client objectives.

The Associate will also monitor market trends,



support business development initiatives, and contribute to client presentations and reports. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and business data and draw clear, actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid finance knowledge, including corporate finance concepts, valuation methods, and transaction structuring fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in due diligence, covering financial, tax, legal, and operational reviews for M&A; or investment transactions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial modeling, including building and reviewing models for valuations, scenario analysis, and deal evaluation.
- Candidates should possess exposure to private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory environments, with an understanding of deal cycles and investor expectations.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or CS are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
