Responsibilities

Plan and execute product displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store managers to prevent stock shortages or overages.Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.Work closely with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely product delivery.Implement promotional strategies and seasonal displays to drive customer engagement.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or store operations.Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and market trends.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace and adapt to changing demands
