Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the Merchandiser will manage product displays and inventory levels, ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively and aligns with brand guidelines and sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with store staff and suppliers, tracking stock movement, analyzing sales trends, and suggesting product assortments or promotions to increase revenue.





The Merchandiser will maintain accurate records, support visual merchandising activities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and drive store performance.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

- Customer service and retail experience to manage store interactions, understand shopper behavior, and improve in-store engagement.

- Sales and marketing skills to support promotional activities, optimize product placement, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory tracking, merchandising plans, and compliance with brand standards.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Basic proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools for reporting, stock analysis, and sales tracking.

- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG/consumer goods is preferred.

- Relevant education in business, retail management, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
