MemeChat is looking for a Meme Creative Controller to join our Creative team.

If you know the difference between a meme that works and one that thinks it works, we want to talk.

You’ll be the person making sure our campaigns stay on-brief, on-tone and on-time, especially when we’re running high-volume campaigns across films, music, gaming and brands.

What you’ll do• Translate campaign strategy into clear creative directions

- Build reference banks for formats, jokes, edits and trends
- Review and approve memes, reels, edits and page content before they go live
- Maintain the creative quality bar during high-volume campaigns
- Work closely with strategy, client servicing, creators and page networks
- Analyse what worked and build it back into our creative reference library





What we’re looking for• 3–5 years in creative, content or social

- Strong understanding of Indian meme culture and internet trends
- Deep knowledge of meme formats, edit trends, sounds, films and music culture
- Ability to give sharp, actionable creative feedback
- Comfortable working quick without compromising quality
- Someone who can confidently say “this doesn’t work” — and explain why

Nice to have: Film/music campaign experience + familiarity with Reels, edits and page networks.
