What this job involves

Maintaining smooth site operations

Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you’ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes.

Aside from these, you’ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you’ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan.

Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member. You’ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers. You’ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.

Proven expertise in site management An ideal candidate is a certified professional in a building-related discipline, with significant experience in site supervision. A solid background in all MEP works as MEP manager in Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Mechanical works, FPS, FAPA, STP, WTP etc.

B. E /B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with minimum 10 years’ experience /Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical with minimum 15 years’ experience industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication works

Leadership Skills Above Par

This role calls for a high level of competence to effectively bring out the best that we have to offer. As the person in charge, you’ll need to demonstrate willingness and ability to constantly improve existing competencies.

Likewise, you are expected to exhibit a strong willingness to learn the ropes of the job.
