Primary Role:

Medekom Ventures is looking for an experienced Medical Simulation Trainer / Instructor / Specialist to join its Medical Simulation team based in Delhi. The role will focus on delivering simulation-based healthcare education, clinical skills training, simulation lab programs, faculty development, and hands-on training using medical manikins, task trainers, and high-fidelity patient simulators. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical or healthcare education background along with practical experience in medical simulation, clinical skills training, simulation lab operations, or healthcare professional education.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Medical Simulation Trainer, Instructor, or Specialist who combines strong clinical knowledge with the ability to train and engage healthcare professionals.

The candidate should be comfortable facilitating simulation sessions, operating medical simulators, conducting clinical skills demonstrations, debriefing learners, training faculty, supporting simulation labs, and representing simulation solutions at customer institutions and professional forums.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Simulation Training

- Plan and conduct medical simulation and clinical skills training programs for medical, nursing, paramedical, and allied healthcare professionals and students.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using medical manikins, task trainers, procedural trainers, and high-fidelity simulators.
- Demonstrate clinical procedures, patient assessment, emergency response, resuscitation, and other relevant clinical skills.
- Facilitate simulation scenarios and provide structured debriefing and feedback to learners.
- Develop and deliver simulation-based learning sessions aligned with learning objectives and competency requirements.
- Ensure effective and safe use of simulation equipment during training sessions.

2. Simulation-Based Education

- Support institutions in implementing Simulation-Based Education (SBE) within their academic and clinical training programs.
- Assist faculty members in developing simulation scenarios, case studies, checklists, learning objectives, and assessment methodologies.
- Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Training of Trainers (ToTs), workshops,



and simulation-based skill programs.
- Guide faculty and trainers on simulation facilitation, scenario execution, learner assessment, and debriefing techniques.
- Stay updated on developments in healthcare simulation, clinical education, and competency-based learning.

3. Simulation Lab Support

- Support medical colleges, nursing institutions, hospitals, and universities in the effective utilization of simulation laboratories.
- Train faculty, simulation instructors, technicians, and end users on simulation equipment and related technologies.
- Support simulation lab implementation, commissioning, and end-user training.
- Recommend appropriate simulation methodologies and applications based on institutional requirements.
- Assist customers in maximizing the educational value and utilization of simulation equipment.

4. Product Demonstration & Clinical Application

- Conduct demonstrations of medical simulation manikins, task trainers, high-fidelity simulators, and related healthcare education solutions.
- Explain clinical applications, learning objectives, functionalities, and appropriate use cases of simulation products.
- Support product evaluations, institutional demonstrations, workshops, conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to provide clinical and application-level inputs.
- Support the team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable simulation solutions.

5. Customer & Institutional Engagement

- Act as a subject matter resource for customers on medical simulation and clinical skills education.
- Interact with doctors, nurses, faculty members, simulation educators, lab coordinators, and institutional leadership.
- Conduct in office training and provide application support after installation.
- Build strong qualified relationships with healthcare education institutions.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate application requirements to the internal team.

6. Conferences, Workshops & Academic Programs





- Represent Medekom at medical conferences, simulation conferences, CMEs, workshops, exhibitions, and academic forums.
- Conduct clinical demonstrations, hands-on workshops, presentations, and simulation sessions.
- Participate in professional and academic forums related to healthcare education and simulation.

7. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain records of training programs, customer visits, demonstrations, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Submit regular activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Applications, and Business teams for successful execution of customer projects.
- Travel extensively across North India as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Allied Health Sciences, Paramedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in medical simulation, clinical skills training, healthcare education, simulation lab operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Medical Simulation Trainer, Simulation Instructor, Clinical Skills Trainer, Simulation Educator, or Simulation Specialist is strongly preferred.
- A Registered Nurse with Certification in AHA, ACLS, BLS is highly preferred

Desired Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of medical simulation and clinical skills training.
- Experience with high-fidelity patient simulators, task trainers, medical manikins, and procedural trainers.
- Understanding of Simulation-Based Education (SBE).
- Knowledge of simulation scenario development and facilitation.
- Strong debriefing and learner feedback skills.
- Good understanding of medical/nursing curriculum and clinical workflows.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train doctors, nurses, faculty members, students, and healthcare professionals.
- Simulation-Based Education / Healthcare Simulation certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in simulation lab setup, implementation, or management will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.

Travel Requirement:

70–80% travel across PAN India for institutional training, simulation lab support, demonstrations, workshops, conferences, CMEs, and customer engagements.
