About the Role: Sushcrates Health Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to join our growing General Division team in Faridabad.
The role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and are confident in communication, relationship building, and field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and communicate the company's healthcare and pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory.
- Communicate product information accurately and professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives.
- Maintain regular reporting of field activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product reach within the assigned territory.
- Gather relevant market and competitor insights and share them with the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, ethical promotional practices, and professional standards.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- A graduate in any discipline.
- A solid communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field-based work and regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Able to build and maintain skilled relationships.
- Willing to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Experience: 0–3 years
