We’re not looking for someone who just makes screens look valuable.
n
We’re looking for someone who can take a complex idea and make it feel simple, intelligent, and ridiculously easy to use.
n
n
At SwishX , we're building AI-powered products for enterprises—and we believe enterprise software doesn't have to look like enterprise software.
n
It can be bold.
n
It can be beautiful.
n
It can feel effortless.
n
That’s where you come in.
n
Your playground
n
You'll work on real AI and SaaS products, from early ideas and messy workflows to polished experiences used by real customers.
n
One day you might be simplifying a complex AI workflow.
n
The next, you could be designing a dashboard that turns overwhelming data into clarity.
n
And sometimes, you'll obsess over a 2px alignment because… well, you know it matters.
n
n
What you'll actually do
n
n
- Turn complex product workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
n
- Design modern web and SaaS experiences that feel premium.
n
- Take wireframes, ideas, and product requirements and turn them into polished UI.
n
- Build reusable components, patterns, and scalable design systems in Figma.
n
- Create prototypes that help teams experience an idea before it gets built.
n
- Add delightful micro-interactions, motion, and transitions where they actually improve the experience.
n
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to take designs from Figma → Production .
n
- Perform design QA because “almost like the design” is not the same as the design .
n
- Help shape the evolving visual language of SwishX.
Your design toolkit

✨ AI-powered design workflows
n
✨ Exploring new design tools before everyone else finds them
n
n
We’ll probably get along if...
n
You notice when something is 4px off .
n
You have opinions about spacing.
n
You open Figma “for five minutes” and suddenly it's been three hours.
n
You believe a good interface should need less explanation, not more .
n
You can take feedback without taking it personally.
n
And you know when to obsess over perfection—and when to ship.
n
n
Why SwishX?
n
Because you won't be joining a team just to move rectangles around.
n

n
→ Build AI-powered products from the ground up
n
→ Solve complex enterprise problems through great design
n
→ Experiment with new ideas, tools, and technologies
n
→ Shape a growing product and design culture
n
→ Work closely with people who care about building things well
n
