We are looking for a proactive and technically solid IT Administrator (L2/L3) to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensure business continuity, strengthen cybersecurity, and provide excellent technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Infrastructure Management
- Monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates,



security patches, and configuration management.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and system administration activities.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
- Execute and monitor scheduled data backups and restoration activities.

Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure network security through firewall policies, access controls, VPN management, and security best practices.
- Coordinate ISP connectivity and network infrastructure upgrades.

User Support & IT Service Management
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
