Accountant & Project Finance Executive

nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Project Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and project costing. The candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel, capable of independently managing accounting operations, and confident in coordinating with auditors, vendors, and project teams.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and financial records.n
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and documentation.n
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.n
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.n
- Track project-wise costs, budgets, expenses, billing, receivables,



and profitability.n
- Support project teams with cost monitoring, financial analysis, and budget tracking.n
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding payments.n
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.n
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.n
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and accurate financial records.n

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.n
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.n
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.n
- Experience with project costing or project-based accounting is preferred.n
