nEndpoint Security Engineer plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients.

- Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasksn
- Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needsn
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base developmentn

nMain Duties / Key Accountability

- n
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security toon
- Handle L3 escalations from Clientn
- Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policiesn
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reportsn




- Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practicesn
- Assist in onboarding current clients and integrating endpoint security solutionsn
- Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are metn
- Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as neededn
- Participate in change management and security governance processesn
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team membern
- Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are metn
