nWe are looking for a results-driven and proactive Team Leader – Sales to join our team. This role requires robust

nThis involves managing a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high team
nmorale and productivity.

nJob Description - Roles and Responsibilities
n

n● Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and
nmonthly sales targets.
n● Customer Resolution: Handle customer escalation calls and ensure timely and effective resolution to maintain
nservice standards.
n● Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring high productivity and
nalignment with overall goals.




n● Reporting & Analysis: Maintain comprehensive trackers for sales, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition.
nAnalyse sales data and trends to improve strategy.
n● Process Improvement: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for underperformance and implement corrective
nactions.
n● Adherence & Occupancy: Ensure strict adherence to shift schedules and manage team occupancy levels
neffectively.
n● Development: Motivate and engage the team to reduce attrition. Provide regular coaching and feedback to
nteam members.
