Lead UX Writer / Technical Writer

We are looking for a Lead UX Writer / Technical Writer with 9+ years of experience in software and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality technical, software, and UX documentation .
- Develop API documentation , user manuals, configuration guides, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and system documentation.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Architecture, and QA teams to gather and validate technical information.
- Ensure documentation follows consistent style, formatting, terminology, and quality standards .
- Lead documentation initiatives and mentor junior technical writers.

Required Skills
- 9+ years in UX Writing / Technical Writing / Software Documentation.




- Strong experience with DITA, XML, HTML, Confluence, and MSTP .
- Experience with MadCap Flare and/or Markdown .
- Solid API Documentation experience.
- Experience documenting software applications, APIs, system architecture, configurations, and integrations .
- Excellent communication, editing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies .

Must Have: 9+ years | UX Writing | Technical Writing | DITA | XML | Confluence | HTML | MSTP | MadCap Flare/Markdown | API Documentation.
