HCLTech is looking for an accomplished Practice & Data Science Lead (Data & AI Coach) to co-own our Data & AI Practice and drive capability development across global teams and leadership audiences. Location: Bengaluru | Chennai | Noida Experience: 15+ Years Organization: HCLTech About the Role As a Practice & Data Science Lead (Data & AI Coach) , you will play a strategic role across the three pillars of our Data & AI Practice: Content, Capability, and Capacity . In addition to delivering world-class training programs, you will help shape curriculum strategy, build coach capability, manage practice operations, and support enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. This role demands deep expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, Generative AI, Applied AI, AI Ethics & Governance, Advanced Analytics, and Banking Transformation , along with the ability to engage audiences ranging from junior professionals to C-suite executives. Key Responsibilities Content Excellence ✅ Own SME contributions for key curriculum areas including: Data Management Frameworks Data Governance & Data Lineage AI Governance & Responsible AI Generative AI & Prompt Engineering ✅ Drive curriculum blueprinting for VILT, SDL, and hands-on learning programs. ✅ Review and quality-assure training materials, labs, recordings, assessments, and learning assets before release. ✅ Manage content development timelines, stakeholder feedback cycles, and urgent curriculum revisions.



Capability Development & Coaching ✅ Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs for global audiences, from junior bankers to CXOs. ✅ Simplify complex concepts including: Enterprise Data Architecture AI & Machine Learning Models ETL & Data Pipelines Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI Applications AI Governance Frameworks ✅ Facilitate case studies, simulations, role-based exercises, and real-world banking use cases. ✅ Develop coach competency frameworks and enhance trainer capability on emerging AI technologies. ⚙️ Capacity Planning & Practice Operations ✅ Deputize for the Practice Lead in planning, governance, and escalation management. ✅ Manage VILT schedules, trainer allocations, readiness tracking, and delivery execution. ✅ Coordinate testing, QA activities, and technical validation for hands-on learning programs. ✅ Maintain weekly practice dashboards covering: Batch Progress Learner Participation Feedback Scores Trainer Utilization Resource Planning ✅ Support technical coach hiring, evaluation, and onboarding activities. ✅ Act as a primary client-facing representative for training engagements, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication. Agentic AI & Coding Tools ✅ Claude Code ✅ OpenAI Codex ✅ Gemini AI Sandbox ✅ Agentic Coding Workflows & AI-Assisted Development Microsoft & Copilot Ecosystem ✅ Microsoft Copilot ✅ GitHub Copilot ✅ Azure Copilot Studio ✅ Copilot-Based Solution Development & Demonstrations Preferred Experience ⭐ 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, AI, and Banking Transformation. ⭐ Experience leading or deputizing for large-scale learning and capability-building practices. ⭐ Deep expertise in: Data Governance Regulatory Compliance Risk & Controls Customer Analytics Enterprise Data Strategy Digital Transformation ⭐ Robust understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle and Responsible AI practices. ⭐ Proven ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology's business value.
