Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues Team Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Good to have: Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or Microsoft Intune Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid Wintel environments Basic exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) Understanding of SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) for security monitoring Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, VMware VCP
