Job Summary
Executive – Monitoring & Evaluation will be responsible for coordination with external stakeholders -Training Partners, Training Centres, , and other stakeholders for data collection, follow-ups, and coordination. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting monitoring activities, and ensuring timely communication.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to Training Partners (TPs) and Training Centres (TCs) for data follow up and project coordination.
· Follow up with candidates and employers regarding apprenticeship opportunities and progress.
· Coordinate employment data collection and verify information received from stakeholders.
· Maintain and update call logs, databases, and MIS records accurately.




· Support monitoring and evaluation activities through timely communication and data validation.
· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and information sharing.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and progress updates.
· Ensure timely follow-up on pending actions and stakeholder queries.
· Maintain skilled communication with all stakeholders.
· Support operational activities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Customer service and follow-up skills.
· Ability to work in a target-oriented and team workplace.
