Job Title: IT Support Specialist (L1) – On-Demand Backfill

nEngagement Type: On-Demand / Backfill -Based (Contract)
nCompensation: 18 USD ( 1800 INR ) (paid only for days actively dispatched/on assignment)
nPotential for Full-Time Conversion: Possible, based on performance and client need
nJob Summary: We're looking for an on-demand L1 IT Support Technician to serve as backfill coverage for onsite end-user, office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based support. This is a dispatch-based role .you'll be called in as needed to cover support tickets and onsite visits, with no guaranteed fixed hours. Solid performers may be considered for full-time opportunities down the line.
nKey Responsibilities:
nEnd-User Support

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux)n
- Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipmentn
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issuesn
- Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teamsn





nOffice Infrastructure Support

- Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologiesn
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipmentn
- Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologiesn
- Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activitiesn

nAsset Management

- Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assetsn
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset recordsn
- Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock managementn
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirementsn

nProject & Site Support

- Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projectsn
- Assist with business events, demons
