About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with solid hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience to support a Salesforce CPQ implementation.
The role will work across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle , partnering with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
The ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation , from requirements/discovery through deployment and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives.
- Understand and document business processes across product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, amendments, and renewals .
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA documentation.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce CPQ capabilities including:
- Product bundles and product configuration
- Price books and pricing
- Price rules and discount schedules
- Quote templates
- Approval workflows
- Amendments and renewals
- Map current-state and future-state Quote-to-Cash processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to validate functional and solution designs.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and demonstrations with business stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate UAT , including test scenarios, test scripts, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Support data mapping and migration activities involving products, price books, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
