Drive strategic growth, executive engagement, and One Schneider penetration across key healthcare accounts. Lead customer relationships, specification influence, chance creation, and adoption of Electrification, Digitalization, Sustainability, Software, and Lifecycle Services solutions. Healthcare priorities include digitalization, software-led growth, recurring services, and integrated account engagement.
nKey Responsibilities

- Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts.n
- Build relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Consultants, and Developers.n
- Drive order booking, pipeline creation, and share-of-wallet growth.n
- Lead One Schneider engagement across Electrical, BMS, Secure Power, ELV, Software, Services, and Sustainability solutions.n
- Influence specifications through consultants, PMCs, and design firms.n
- Identify opportunities in new hospitals, expansions, medical colleges, research institutes, and healthcare campuses.n

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field; MBA preferred.n
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.n
- Experience working with Healthcare, Hospitals, Healthcare Infrastructure, Buildings, Energy Management, or Digital Solutions.n
- Proven track record of driving growth with large enterprise or government healthcare accounts.n
