Position Overview
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Associate to support the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable support, and maintaining accurate financial records.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, valuable analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

nKey Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.n
- Process and maintain financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.n
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.n
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.n
- Assist with invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-ups.n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.n
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.n




- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and management reports.n
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.n
- Assist with employee expense claims and reimbursement processing.n
- Support statutory, audit, and tax-related documentation and requirements.n
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers on finance-related queries.n
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.n
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the Finance function.n
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by the Finance Manager.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Account
