Job Description
As a Project Analyst, you will support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational standards.

nWhat You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

nAgile Delivery & Facilitation
n
- n
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.n
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.n
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.n

nGovernance & Reporting
n
- n
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.n
- Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.n
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.n

nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management
n
- n
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.n
- Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with delivery models.n

nStakeholder & Vendor Coordination
n
- n
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.n
- Provide transparent communication and manage expectations across departments.n

nExperience

- You have 5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles.n
- You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.n
- You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application projects.n
