nWe are hiring for a Head of IT with a leading, fast-growing Retail Brand in Mumbai.
n? Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel
n? Experience: 10+ Years
n? CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
n? Industry: Retail / Hospitality only
nKey Responsibilities
n• Lead the overall IT strategy, roadmap & digital transformation
n• Manage IT infrastructure, ERP, POS, e-commerce & enterprise applications
n• Drive information security, data governance, DPDP & PCI-DSS compliance
n• Manage IT operations across stores, HO & warehouses
n• Lead new-store IT setup, connectivity, POS & system readiness
n• Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology partners & SLAs
n• Lead and develop the IT team and partner with senior leadership
n• Drive system integration, automation, analytics & technology scalability
nIdeal Candidate




n✅ 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
n✅ Strong experience in Retail / Hospitality
n✅ Experience managing multi-location IT operations
n✅ Strong exposure to ERP, POS, e-commerce & system integrations
n✅ Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity & data governance
n✅ Robust vendor, budget & team management experience
n✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
