Hiring | Tax Senior – US Partnership Tax (Form 1065) | Financial Services

We are looking for Tax Seniors with strong US Partnership Tax (Form 1065) - Financial Services (Private Equity / Hedge Funds / Fund Of Funds / Venture Capital) experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.

Locations: Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Experience: 3+ years in US Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returns
- Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
- Handle Federal, state & local tax filing requirements
- Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Perform tax planning, projections and research on complex tax matters
- Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage client engagements from planning through finalization




- Work closely with US counterparts and clients
- Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidance
- Mentor and support team members in technical and professional development

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years of progressive US Tax experience
- Robust Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experience
- Relevant industry experience in Financial Services (Private Equity / Hedge Funds / Fund Of Funds / Venture Capital) is mandatory
- Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferred
- CPA / CA / EA is an added advantage
