About WebBirth

WebBirth is a Bangalore-based software and digital marketing company working with 500+ businesses across multiple markets. We build websites, SaaS products, custom software, e-commerce platforms, and digital growth systems.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative and marketing team. This person will work on creative content for WebBirth as well as our clients, with a strong focus on social media creatives, Reels, short-form videos, digital marketing creatives and branding.

What you'll be working on

- Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, banners and social media creatives for WebBirth and our clients.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media video content.
- Turn raw footage, screen recordings, promotional material and content ideas into engaging short-form content.
- Create visual content for software, websites, SaaS products, digital services, campaigns and client offerings.
- Work with the marketing team to turn content ideas and briefs into finished designs and videos.
- Create different versions of content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Add captions, typography, transitions, basic motion graphics, sound effects and other visual elements to short-form videos where required.
- Design thumbnails, promotional graphics, advertisements,



presentations and other marketing materials.
- Repurpose existing designs, videos and marketing material into multiple social media formats.
- Maintain consistency with WebBirth and client brand guidelines.
- Work across multiple client projects and maintain quality while meeting deadlines.
- Review feedback, make revisions and take ownership of the final output.
- Keep up with current social media trends, Reels formats, design styles and short-form content trends.

What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, social media design or digital content creation.
- Strong practical experience creating social media creatives, Reels and short-form content.
- A good understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, pacing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take raw content or a basic brief and independently turn it into a finished creative.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva, CapCut or equivalent tools.
- Basic motion graphics, animation and video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios and platform requirements.
- Good eye for visual quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Good communication and ability to work closely with marketers, video editors, developers and project teams.
