Role: Accountant Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh / Remote Experience: 2 - 5 Years Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Schedule: US Time-Zone / Extended EU-Hour Support Employment: Full-Time Location Preference: Preference will be given to candidates from Jabalpur or nearby areas , as this is a Jabalpur-based , work-from-office chance. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Handle General Ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Review and reconcile GL accounts and investigate discrepancies. Support monthly/periodic closing activities. Assist with financial reporting and accounting summaries. Maintain proper accounting documentation and support compliance requirements. Coordinate with US-based clients, vendors, and internal teams during overlapping business hours.



What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, AP, AR & GL Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams Comfortable working 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Apply for this position or send your updated CV/resume to [email protected] to be considered for the role.
