Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Doctor (General Physician) role is based in Coimbatore North. The physician will provide primary medical care, including patient consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for a broad range of conditions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with nursing and allied health professionals.

The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and delivering patient-centered care with clear communication and empathy. The physician may also contribute to health education, preventive care initiatives,



and training or guidance for clinical staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide consultation, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment to patients.
- Conduct detailed patient examinations and assess medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans based on clinical requirements.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medications, and preventive healthcare.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Handle emergency and general medical cases efficiently.
- Follow hospital/clinic protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.

Requirements

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- 0–10 years of experience as a General Physician preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused approach and professional attitude.
