Role Description The Media Sales and Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting media solutions that meet client marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and pitching to potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution, providing ongoing support and service to clients,



and tracking performance against sales targets. The position also requires staying informed about industry trends and new media platforms to recommend relevant and competitive solutions.

Minimum experience of 1-2 years in sales i required

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with New Media platforms and an understanding of current digital and social media trends.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, or marketing industries is beneficial.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
