Objective: Responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the effective and reliable operation of mechanical equipment and systems, contributing to the overall performance and productivity
- Ensure running of equipment, boiler, turbine, and other auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure full load operation by optimizing auxiliary consumption & maintaining operating parameters.
- Forecast spares required to maintain and operate the plant without any halt and development of spares indigenously.
- Manage daily operations and ensure safety-related norms to avoid further miss.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment like 24 MW Turbine, Generator, ACC, BOP & boiler area.
- Budgeting and control of maintenance costs and inventory.
Maintaining and analysing equipment data and historical records to predict maintenance or capital need.
