Job Title: MEP Engineer

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer capable of independently preparing coordinated MEP designs, calculations, drawings, estimates, and BOQs for building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and prepare HVAC systems, including heat-load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, and ventilation calculations.
- Prepare firefighting designs, hydraulic calculations, sprinkler layouts, hydrant systems, and fire-pump selection.
- Design plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, and pump selection.
- Prepare electrical layouts, load calculations, cable sizing, panel schedules, earthing, and single-line diagrams.
- Design lightning-protection and earthing systems.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, rate analyses,



and technical specifications for all MEP services.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
- Review shop drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, NBC, fire-safety requirements, and relevant standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant MEP design experience.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.
- Practical understanding of site execution and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to independently prepare calculations, drawings, BOQs, and estimates.
