About the Role

We're looking for a food loving, kitchen smart, problem solving Meal Management Associate to help make everyday eating easier and more exciting for our households.

This isn't your typical desk job. One moment you might be helping a cook perfect a recipe, the next you're figuring out why the grocery list missed coriander.

You will work closely with our Operations, Customer Support, Nutritionist, Coordination, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cook Support & Training

- Guide and support household cooks in understanding and executing meal plans and recipes.
- Translate recipes and instructions into straightforward, practical steps that work in a real household kitchen.
- Help train cooks on preparation methods, portioning, cooking techniques, and recipe modifications.
- Help cooks adapt meals based on household preferences and requirements.

Food Quality & Consistency

Good once is nice. Good every time is the goal.

- Ensure meals are being prepared as planned, without compromising on taste or quality.
- Gather household feedback and turn it into meaningful improvements.
- Identify recurring food concerns and find practical solutions.

Meal & Kitchen Management





- Support the smooth day-to-day execution of meals.
- Understand what a household kitchen needs from spices and pantry staples to vegetables, ingredients, and groceries.
- Help with grocery and ingredient planning based on upcoming meals.
- Suggest smart alternatives when an ingredient is unavailable.
- Bring your knowledge of different Indian and international cuisines to create variety without making the kitchen unnecessarily complicated.

Recipe Research & Repository

- Research and build exciting, delicious, and practical recipes across cuisines and continuously improve our recipe repository.
- Document recipes with clear ingredients, quantities, preparation methods, and instructions.
- Adapt recipes so they work beautifully in household kitchens, not just in professional kitchens or on social media.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in meal management, kitchen operations, food services, catering, restaurants, hospitality, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of different cuisines, ingredients, spices, cooking methods, food products and a solid understanding of how kitchens work in the real world.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with cooks and household staff.
