? Hiring Locations: Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Sampla, Rohtak, Hisar, Uklana, Adampur, Narnaund and surrounding areas.

- Main Role: Drive sales and market development in the assigned territory by connecting with farmers, dealers and distributors, promoting agricultural products, generating business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

- Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales and distribution networks across the assigned territory.

‣
- Visit farmers, dealers and distributors regularly.

‣
- Promote Kay Bee’s agricultural and crop protection products.

‣
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base.

‣
- Provide product information and basic technical support to farmers.

‣




- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

‣
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

‣
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

- Eligibility

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture or ABM.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant field-sales experience. Crop Knowledge:

- Positive knowledge of paddy, cotton and vegetable crops is required.

- Candidates should also have good communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel within their assigned territory.
