We are hiring MBA Freshers for our International Recruitment team. The role offers hands-on exposure to global hiring processes, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for international requirements
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with global clients
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Understand job requirements and market trends




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

Eligibility & Skills:

- MBA (HR / Marketing / International Business or related)

- Freshers welcome

- Valuable English communication skills
- Willingness to work with international time zones
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
