Objective / Job Profile:
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of real estate construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and company objectives.
KRA (Key Result Areas):
Daily Tasks
- Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Review safety compliance and resolve on-ground issues.
- Approve daily progress reports from sites.
Weekly Tasks
- Conduct site visits across assigned projects.
- Review project timelines and update work schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams for material availability.
- Conduct progress review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Monthly Tasks
- Track budget utilization and cost control measures.
- Submit detailed MIS reports to management.
- Monitor quality checks and audits across sites.
- Review subcontractor and vendor performance.
Quarterly / Half-Yearly Tasks
- Evaluate project progress against master schedule and highlight delays.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances (including RERA, safety norms, labor laws).
- Conduct client walkthroughs / presentations for under-construction projects.
Annual Responsibilities
- Plan and execute handover of completed projects.
- Prepare annual project execution strategy for new launches.
- Provide input on resource planning, budgeting, and manpower requirements.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
- % of project milestones achieved on time.
- Cost variance vs. approved budget.
- Quality audit scores across sites.
- Number of client escalations resolved.
- Timeliness and accuracy of MIS submissions.
- Compliance with statutory and safety norms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior management in project feasibility studies.
- Mentoring junior engineers and site staff.
- Supporting cross-functional teams during project launches.
- Representing the company in vendor/authority negotiations.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in real estate construction project management, including handling multiple residential/commercial sites simultaneously.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Post-graduation (MBA in Project Management / Construction Management) preferred.
- PMP / RERA certification will be an added advantage.
