Role Description The Marketplace Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for onboarding and managing manufacturers, job work partners, and suppliers on the platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.

The Marketplace

Executive will handle day-to-day communication with partners, resolve operational queries, and maintain solid relationships to drive engagement and transactions.

Responsibilities include monitoring marketplace activity, coordinating with internal teams to improve user experience, collecting feedback,



and assisting in basic data analysis and reporting. The role also involves supporting marketing and outreach initiatives to grow the network and ensure efficient matching between demand and supply.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage partner relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Skills in data organization, basic data analysis, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools to track marketplace activity.
- Competence in coordination and time management to handle multiple accounts, inquiries, and operational tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing job work, or B2B marketplaces (experience in Rajkot industrial ecosystem is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn platform workflows and tools.
- Comfort working on-site in Rajkot and engaging with partners both in-person and through digital channels.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in sales support, operations, or marketplace management is beneficial.
