: Regional Marketing Specialist-OFFROLE-Third Party Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop long term & project based brand & marketing strategies to drive awareness and consideration of Oppo brand at the regional level
2. Develop and implement regional annual & product marketing plans aligned with the national brand and product strategy, supporting the commercial success of new and existing products within the region
3. Devise region-specific marketing initiatives tailored to local nuances & communities, lead the local team in implementation, and drive effectiveness. This includes but is not limited to formulating local marketing strategies, organizing local marketing events, planning media placements, and collaborating with media outlets and KOLs
4. Integrate resources from headquarters, regions, drive project delivery through co-marketing and other approaches, and be accountable for the regional influence of the brand and products
5. Establish differentiated local communication channels and resource networks, including but not limited to local social media accounts,



local industry circles, media outlets, and KOLs, to strengthen the brand’s long-term influence in the region

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with deep understanding of marketing strategies and media in consumer electronics /retail industry or premium youth brands.

Experience:

1. Excellent integrated marketing capabilities; familiar with media buying and KOL / influencer partnerships able to independently develop marketing plans;

experience in large-scale marketing projects is a plus

2. Excellent brand experiential & engagement capabilities working on large scale activations & experiences for customer engagement
3. Solid project execution, negotiation, and cross-departmental communication & coordination skills; highly responsible and able to work under pressure
4. English as a working language; proficient in the local language
