Role Description The Marketing Team Member is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves supporting marketing activities for yarn and textile products, including gathering and analyzing market information to understand customer needs and competitive trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining strong customer communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development.
- Basic Sales skills and understanding of sales processes in a B2B and retail environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office software and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge or interest in textiles, yarns, or manufacturing is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
