Role Description The Marketing Staff role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Whitecube Exhibits’ services and strengthen brand visibility in the exhibition and events industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in marketing strategy development, coordinating with the sales team on lead generation initiatives,



and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes.

The Marketing

Staff will also interact with prospective and existing clients, support promotional events and digital marketing efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support lead generation, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to collaborate in an office setting in New Delhi as well as remotely.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms; experience in the events or exhibitions industry is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
